Nothing is sent by this website. Review the recipient and choose the Nasip sender account in your email app before sending. To attach the invoice PDF, use Print / save PDF first, then attach it in your email app. Encrypted invoice JSON files are editable backups, not customer PDF attachments.
Editable files are encrypted with your current device PIN. Printed PDFs are not encrypted. Saved customers are stored encrypted in this browser only. Nothing is sent automatically or saved to a server. Save an editable copy before closing. For a PDF, use your browser’s print options. On iPhone/iPad, open the print preview and use Share → Save to Files.
On iPhone/iPad: open this tool in Safari, enable offline, then Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome’s Add to Home screen / Install option. Open it online once before using it offline. Clearing browser data removes offline availability; keep exported invoice copies separately.
Invoice privacy & saved data
The separate Invoice Studio can store an encrypted PIN verification record in this browser when you set a device PIN. The PIN itself is not sent to Nasip or stored in plaintext. If you choose Save customer in Invoice Studio, the name, billing address, email and VAT number are saved encrypted in this browser, using the current device PIN. Customer suggestions are generated locally. You can update or remove saved entries and export an encrypted customer backup; the list is not synchronised to a server. Clearing browser storage removes this list, so keep a customer backup separately. Changing the device PIN re-encrypts the local list; downloaded backups retain their original PIN. Editable invoice downloads are encrypted with the PIN used at save time; printed PDFs are not encrypted. Four-digit PINs provide basic privacy only and can be guessed. The public app is not account-protected. Optional offline installation stores app assets, not invoice values, in the browser cache. Clearing browser data resets the device lock and may remove offline availability; it does not decrypt old files. Downloaded files stay under your control and can contain customer and payment information after decryption.
